Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is superb, centrally located near major attractions and an abundance of bars and restaurants. The rooms, albeit small and dusty, fell short of the advertised 'Queen' size and lacked proper amenities. The overall service, while friendly in interactions, lacked clear communication and efficient problem-solving. Despite these drawbacks, the proximity to key establishments and the accessible pricing offer some redeeming qualities.
I didn't mind the cozy feel of the room, but it was quite compact, and the shower water splashed the whole walk-in cubicle, making it a bit challenging. The space was really tiny for a double room, tight for me and my partner to stand up simultaneously, which made getting ready a bit difficult.
The hotel offers tiny but well-equipped rooms. The shower area is small, leading to a wet bathroom and water flowing out. The room felt cramped for two people. The service was a mix of rudeness regarding breakfast payment but excellent and friendly overall. The location was superb for short stays, especially during the New Year festivities. The dining experience varied, with good food but slow service. Overall, the hotel has its ups and downs, with compact rooms and efficient service.
The hotel offers compact but clean and modern rooms at amazing value for the location. The rooms are small and cramped, suitable for solo travelers. Noise control is excellent, especially considering the cost compared to other hotels in the area. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is central, ideal for a short stay right in the heart of London, close to major attractions. However, the lack of privacy due to somewhat see-through glass panes could be a concern.
The hotel has an outstanding location in the vibrant Soho, ideal for exploring London on foot. The rooms, while smaller than expected, were impressively clean, and the staff's friendliness was a standout. The dining options were basic but served their purpose, and the overall value for money was good.
The hotel is located in the middle of lively Soho, offering a great spot for both relaxation and business meetings. The rooms, although small, are equipped with modern amenities and provide a comfortable stay. The staff is attentive and responsive, making your short stay pleasant. However, noise from the outside bar can be disruptive at night, impacting the quality of sleep. The dining options are varied but some items may be overpriced. Overall, a convenient choice for a stay in the heart of Soho.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Soho, offering easy access to restaurants, bars, shops, and theaters. The rooms, though well laid out, were unfortunately noisy with constant disturbances like doors slamming. The complimentary wine and cheese was a nice touch, but the sudden sewage stink in the middle of the night was a big letdown.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were quite modern and cozy, not at all like what the pictures display, but are really very small and cramped. The service was a bit of a hit and miss - between half 5 & 8ish, there's wine & cheese set out which is truly delicious, but there was a delay in handing me the room key. The location was ideal - walking distance to most things, but don't expect the best night's sleep. The dining options were a bit limited, but the prices were reasonable. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic, very close to Covent Garden and with a warm welcome from the staff, there were significant drawbacks in terms of room noise and service unwelcomeness. The dining options were limited, and the price seemed a bit high for what was offered.
The hotel had small but spotlessly clean rooms. It was quite claustrophobic due to the tiny 30x30cm window, which felt depressing. However, the service was excellent, with a lovely 'free' wine and cheese buffet in the afternoon. The location was perfect, just off Oxford Street and close to all the main shops, though it got noisy at night. The dining experience was generally good, with reasonable prices and unlimited tea and coffee. Overall, a mix of good and not-so-good aspects.
I must say, this hotel is a hidden gem right in the heart of Soho, offering a fabulous location for exploring London. The rooms are cozy, though a tad small for two people, and they do get a bit warm after a shower. Despite some minor setbacks, this place puts other big hotel chains to shame with its unique charm and warmth.
The hotel was incredibly compact and bijou, with well-designed and clean rooms that had proper windows to the street side. The service went above and beyond for a special occasion, and the location, although in the middle of Soho, was very quiet and convenient. The dining options, however, were not satisfactory, lacking cooked breakfast choices.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms, though small, were perfectly suitable for a short break. I did feel a bit uncomfortable due to the lack of an opening window in my original room, making it too warm. However, the room change to one with a window greatly improved my experience. The service throughout my 7-night stay was exemplary, especially with prompt assistance for our TV issue and providing fresh towels and water upon request. The location was superb for theater enthusiasts, being in the heart of London's vibrant scene. While the dining options were good and reasonably priced, I couldn't find any faults. The hotel facilities met my expectations with everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The hotel is located in vibrant and bustling Soho, offering small yet comfortable rooms with slightly larger beds, but unfortunately, some issues with the air conditioning and heating systems. The staff is warm and friendly, and the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Soho and its attractions. Dining is good value for money, and the facilities are enjoyable for a short stay.
The hotel was exactly as described, cosy and clean, with excellent staff who were very friendly and professional. The room was compact, which ended up being less than a foot square with frosted glass; it could have been a little bigger but still functional. The service was brilliant, with invoicing done efficiently, and they kept our bags when we arrived early, providing us with maps and being generally very nice and professional. The location was amazing, right next to a huge number of entertainment spots and dining spots; though one of the smallest I have been in outside of NYC, it was easy to access restaurants and perfect for the theater district and Chinatown. The dining experience was equally good, very generous with the coffee and offering an omelette and sausage bap for just over a fiver, with delicious healthy options. The facilities were suitable for our needs and ideal for the price value we paid for.
